Dynamic Nanostructure Control
Xtalic has created a unique method called Dynamic Nanostructure Control© for the design and production of our high performance alloys. We use a combination of specially designed chemistry and energy wave forms to produce these alloys.
The process is dynamic because it can create a range of crystal structures to produce optimal properties for a given application. For example a single production cell can create an alloy across a range of different strengths depending on the settings we choose.
We find optimal properties when we engineer or alloy a crystal structure at the nano-scale, producing a target.
It is precise control that allows us to target and achieve desired performance levels. These alloys are stable and preserve their high performance across a broad range of environmental conditions.
